Our Process
At NCS, the process does not stop after the sale, the sales team will assist with troubleshooting and problems with the equipment. NCS handles all the warranty paperwork, allowing the customer freedom of warranty procedures. NCS has the ability to call a 2nd or 3rd service provider if needed.
Once the client is ready for the installation phase the equipment is shipped directly to the job site. This process prevents the freight going through a freight hub and being mishandled or lost. Once on the job site, NCS will have its sales team on site to oversee and assist with receiving and installation of the equipment.
